This group is dedicated to bringing organization around our volunteer base. The group will work with the dogs in our care. We will organize events in public to gain the dogs exposure to possible homes. We will also organize fund raising events to pay for the care of lead the way foster dogs.

We are volunteers devoted to rehoming unwanted bully breed dogs from shelters. We strive to place the best representatives of the breed into foster and adoptive homes that are capable of providing adequate care and training. We encourage Pit Bull owners and lovers to unite to present a positive image of the breed and to clarify the controversy of negative press and stereotyping. Philly Pets Meetup supports the bond between people & pets. We get together for pet friendly events, volunteer with animal welfare organizations, and organize fun pet meetups. Our goal is to encourage and inspire people & their pets to live more happy, healthy lives together!
